Roseville Development Update: Blue Oaks Commerce Center

Developed by Schnitzer Properties, the initial phase includes nearly 190,000 square feet across two buildings, with Baseball Addicts and Verio Healthcare each signing 11,500-square-foot leases.

The larger project will ultimately deliver 305,000 square feet across four buildings, designed to attract small and mid-sized businesses in warehousing, light manufacturing, and recreational uses. With strong early interest, including from athletic and entertainment users, site preparation for Phase Two is already underway, with construction expected to begin this spring.
