Rocklin Quarry District Public Market Moves Forward

A new four-building development is planned for the Rocklin Quarry District, with developer G3 Concepts aiming to begin construction as early as fall 2026. The project will include a public market with 8–9 local vendor stalls, a brewery or distillery concept, restaurant and bar spaces, professional offices, and 20 apartments.

Designed as a community gathering destination, the site will feature a central courtyard with children’s play areas and a small performance stage for live music and events.

If approvals move forward as planned, the public market and surrounding spaces could open before the end of 2028, adding a vibrant new hub for dining, shopping, and community life in Rocklin.
